Hotel Nuvo - Saltillo

Unbeatable setting, I had really nice time.

Enjoyed this business hotel: GOOD food and amiable and great staff. The a double room was brand-new on the 3rd level. It had things I needed, including a safe, multi-channel television, and a microwave. Location: the property was not far from Saltillo for a wedding and were driven back by the restaurant manager and taxi. Ate at Briochels, it's at a short distance from the venue.

The room on the 3rd floor is super modern and has everything you need. 🌟 They even offer a wake-up service. the location of this place couldn't be better - it's near some great restaurants and attractions.

Amicable staff, great location, everything was modern. Really enjoyed our room, it was spacious and huge. The restaurant was great for breakfast and with a quiet atmosphere.

Conveniently located between Jackson and the garden 🌳. Right next to an Italian restaurant and the wedding venue if you need a taxi. the rooms are spacious, sparkling clean, and each has its own bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Saltillo. The proximity of the hotel to the wedding venue was perfect, just what we were looking for. We felt safe arriving at the hotel late at night, a big plus. The hotel had excellent Wi-Fi and AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff, including the pleasant lady at check-in and the friendly maids, were always helpful. We also enjoyed the great view from the rooftop garden. The neighborhood was good, with a huge grocery store and other facilities just a few blocks away.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is perfect, just down the street from a great grocery store and in a good neighborhood. The staff were extremely friendly, from the pleasant lady at check-in to the helpful maids. The hotel also offers enhanced comfort with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The room was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop garden with a great view. The free Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I was impressed with the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.

Couldn't fault.

Located on a bustling street, the grocery store and restaurants down the block offer convenience for visitors. the hotel is relatively new and pristine. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with an underground garage for parking. Though the breakfast could improve, the price is right for the value. the cleaning staff was efficient and cordial.

While the restaurant is satisfactory, it could benefit from a more robust bar selection.

Friendly and accommodating staff, excellent personalized service. When our room didn't have hot water, they quickly fixed the issue and offered compensation. The comfortable and modern room, complete with a charming old-fashioned key, was a nice alternative to big chain hotels. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided helpful tips on the surrounding area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for us - close to the venue for the wedding we attended and also to places like a grocery store and fast food restaurant. We felt safe and secure in the area. The breakfast was a nice touch and provided a good start to our day.

the parking garage was secure and easy to navigate. the complimentary breakfast was yummy and the staff were friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi in my room, and the rooftop garden had a wonderful view of the city.

Missed the jacuzzi the night clerk lacked communication skills and didn't make me feel welcome. unfortunately, the jacuzzi on the roof garden was not working properly.
